Spirited Examen: A New Journey
Starting from October 5, every other Thursday at 2:00 p.m. AZ time, the Spirited Examen, facilitated by Sheri Brown, will guide participants through meditation, readings, and prayers, aiming to align body, mind, and soul in faith. This approach is structured around an outline created by the Office of Justice and Ecology of the Jesuit Conference of Canada and the United States and the Ignatian Solidarity Network.
Reflective Elements
Each 30-minute session will include elements that encourage thankfulness, provide the grace to view creation as God does, and reflect on life choices and their impacts. It’s a path toward justice, reconciliation, and solidarity through actions, concluding with a closing prayer and an invitation to share the work of the Spirit.
