Western States Youth Gathering is cancelled

In the face of an uncertain future where our limits will be tested and our focus strained, it is the decision of the Western States Youth Gathering (WSYG) and Western States Youth Leaders (WYLE) planning teams to cancel the upcoming youth gathering scheduled to be held at California Lutheran University June 24th - June 29th, 2020. We did not arrive at this decision easily.

While we do not have all the answers to your pressing questions, we can offer this:

  • An updated FAQ sheet will appear on the website soon, a bit of patience is appreciated.

  • To our attendees: Please cancel all your travel plans.

  •  To our supporters: Please distribute this announcement widely.

  • To all: Please accept our apology for denying an opportunity for the community of Christ to gather.
