Unveiling the 2023 ELCA Foundation Annual Report: A Year of Growth and Generosity

The ELCA Foundation has recently released the latest issue of their newsletter, “Insights.” This edition highlights some of the important strides the Foundation is taking to achieve its vision of a culture of intentional generosity and financial stewardship that will expand the work of the ELCA. In this edition, the Foundation presents the 2023 annual report, now expanded to include comprehensive information on gift planning alongside investment services. This report is a testament to the impactful work made possible by generous contributions and investments, which support the church, communities, and global outreach.

Additionally, the Foundation is excited to announce a new leadership position: Vice President of Advancement. This role is crucial for overseeing and enhancing the Foundation’s development and fundraising efforts. The Foundation encourages review of the job description and sharing it within networks to help find the right candidate who will drive their mission forward.

The newsletter also features inspiring articles encouraging ELCA members to consider leaving a lasting legacy by supporting the Lutheran ministries closest to their hearts. These stories and resources are designed to help navigate the process of estate planning and ensure charitable intentions are fulfilled.
