Thriving Leadership Formation (TLF) is currently recruiting leaders and participants for the next round of Cohorts this Fall! The goal of the Contemplative Action Cohorts is to foster and equip spiritual leaders for new models of ministry and church. These small groups are communities of practice, learning and friendship… places for you and others to form meaningful relationships built on trust. 

TLF offers Synod Cohorts (11 Synods within ELCA Regions 1&2) and At Large Cohorts (organized around a particular group or theme). I'm interested in Serving as a Leader!

TLF is seeking individuals to serve as Cohort Leaders for both Synod and At Large groups. Each leader will receive a $2,000 stipend. Leaders will receive training in spiritual practices, implement a guided curriculum, and gain access to other leadership opportunities and support. View the Leader Position Description here.
