Showcase Your Ministry at the 2025 Synod Assembly—Register by May 19

The 2025 Grand Canyon Synod Assembly will take place at Community Lutheran Church in Las Vegas—and now is the time to reserve your Ministry Partner Table to connect with voting members and visitors across the synod.

If you represent a synod-related agency, task force, team, committee, ELCA ministry, or an approved ecumenical partner, we invite you to register for a Ministry Partner Table by Monday, May 19, 2025. Tables will be located in Room 9 (basement level) of the assembly venue.

This is a powerful opportunity to showcase how we live out God’s call in the world—together. Interactive and engaging displays are encouraged: think videos, games, visuals, or hands-on activities that embody the Gospel in action. Let participants see, hear, and feel the impact of your work.

Guidelines for Ministry Partner Displays

  • Display space is reserved for ELCA-affiliated ministries and approved partners.

  • No commercial sales booths are allowed without prior approval.

  • All displays must align with the mission and purpose of the Grand Canyon Synod.

  • Organizations are responsible for setup, takedown, and any shipping costs.

  • Final discretion for display approval rests with the Assembly Planning Committee and the bishop.

This is more than a table—it’s a witness. Ministry Partner Tables are a visual and relational way to celebrate the Spirit’s work through our shared ministry. Together, we inspire each other, build relationships, and equip the church for mission.
