Resurrection Lutheran in Oro Valley seeks Operation Manager

Resurrection Lutheran Church (Oro Valley) is actively seeking an Operations Administrator to manage our administrative and property functions efficiently. We are looking for an individual with a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, and over five years of experience in a similar position is preferred. Knowledge in accounting, human resources, and/or property management is strongly desirable. Must possess excellent leadership, communication, critical thinking, and supervisory skills.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing administrative and property functions.

  • Supervising bookkeeper, administrative assistant, and property manager.

  • Overseeing human resources and ensuring compliance.

  • Developing and implementing strategies in alignment with RLC’s objectives.

  • Preparing and submitting the annual budget.

  • Attending to various committees and ensuring the timely publication and distribution of Annual Congregation Report.
