Register by 5/19/2025 for Synod Assembly 2025 in Las Vegas

We invite you to join us for the 2025 Grand Canyon Synod Assembly, taking place June 12–13, 2025 at Community Lutheran Church in Las Vegas, Nevada. Registration is now open at gcsynod.org/2025/assembly/registration, and the final day to register is Monday, May 19.

This year’s assembly theme, “Build up the Body,” reminds us of our call to nurture and strengthen the diverse gifts of the whole church. Whether you’re a voting member, visitor, exhibitor, or part of a ministry team, your presence and participation are essential to our shared mission.

Registration Fees and Deadlines:

• Voting Members: $160

• Visitors: $80

• Exhibitors/Display Area: $80

Voting member registration is open to lay leaders and rostered ministers (active and retired), synod council members, and staff from the Office of the Bishop. All use the same registration form. Visitors and exhibitors each have their own options.

To register, you’ll need contact info, pronouns, age group, ethnicity, dietary/childcare/translation needs, and your thoughts on what would make the assembly a success.

New Voting Member Guidelines:

Each congregation can send one additional lay voting member who is either a person of color or whose primary language is not English, and one youth (confirmed–age 17) or young adult (age 18–30). Lay representation should strive for gender balance (50/50 male and female).
