Our Saviour's seek a Parish Administrator to lead the church office and campus facilities and to collaborate with the Pastor, staff and members of the congregation to support the ministries of our congregation. This position is the primary contact person for non-pastoral matters; manages the church office, campus buildings and grounds; and coordinates all written communications and printed worship resources for the congregation. This position does not include bookkeeping but does include being responsible for sensitive personal and financial data. Full-time, salaried, with a range of benefits.

This position is the primary contact person for non-pastoral matters; manages the church office, campus buildings and grounds; and coordinates all written communications for the congregation. This position does not include bookkeeping but does include being responsible for sensitive personal and financial data.
Education, Work and Life Experience Requirements - The successful candidate will be flexible, organized, self-motivated, and welcoming. Must have experience with Microsoft Office, Zoom, and social media platforms for business purposes, including Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, and Twitter; database management; willingness to learn new systems; strong ability to trouble shoot and problem-solve; ability to communicate professionally and tactfully with staff, congregation members and the public; must be able to handle and manage confidential information; Comfortable working with diverse groups of people and in an urban setting. In keeping with our mission, must appreciate and cultivate diversity with empathy for marginalized persons.
This is a full-time, exempt (salaried) position. Includes some evenings and weekends. Includes paid vacation, holidays, health insurance, and a supportive work environment.
