Lynn Hockenberger: ELEA's Early Childhood Director of the Year

Serving as the director of Children of Hope Development Center at Esperanza Lutheran Church in Phoenix, Lynn exemplifies administrative excellence and a deep commitment to integrating faith and education.

Pastor Sarah Stadler, Esperanza Lutheran Church, expressed that in addition to her administrative excellence, Lynn's "faith in Christ is revealed in the way she loves and cares for children and parents. She is a bridge builder and supporter of the ministry of the church. She will tell anyone who will listen that the preschool is a vital part of the ministry of Esperanza Lutheran Church. She invites students and their families to worship and church events and church members to volunteer with preschool events. She is eager to collaborate!”
