Last Call: 3 Spots Left in 'The People's Sermon' Program
Reignite your congregation's preaching with the groundbreaking "The People's Sermon" program. Spearheaded by Rev. Dr. Shauna Hannan, this initiative presents a unique opportunity for congregations of the Grand Canyon Synod. Over six deeply enriching sessions, participants will explore advanced biblical understanding, welcome fresh voices, and refine sermonic narratives.
Act quickly! We have only 3 spots left. If you're keen to be a part of this transformative journey, we need to hear from you by Tuesday, 9/5/23. For inquiries and to secure your place, please contact Pastor Jacqui Pagel directly.
What can you expect? "The People's Sermon" seeks to not only boost biblical literacy but also uplift voices that have long remained in the shadows. We aim to strengthen sermon illustrations and foster confidence, particularly in those hesitant about sharing their spiritual insights. Limited to six members per congregation, including their Rostered Leader, the program promises to instill a renewed spirit and cohesiveness in preaching.
The bi-weekly sessions, delivered over Zoom, encompass dynamic Bible study exercises, thought-provoking pre-reading discussions, deep exegesis, and invaluable feedback sessions. A special highlight? Individual time with Dr. Hannan, ensuring that all participants gain a comprehensive and personal learning experience.
