This quarter’s discussion will feature three esteemed faith leaders sharing insights on mourning practices from their traditions:

  • Rabbi Bonnie Sharfman

  • Pastor Judith Rainforth

  • Imam Shahir Safi

The evening will include presentations from each leader, followed by small group discussions, where attendees will share their own lived experiences. This is a unique opportunity to explore how Jewish, Christian, and Islamic traditions honor and process grief, while building understanding and respect among faiths.

The Living Our Faith series, hosted by ISBA, underscores their mission to foster peaceful communities through dialogue and education. Since its founding in 1999, ISBA has provided platforms for meaningful interfaith engagement.
