The Manna Grant program was established to honor the legacy of Orpha Hoganson, a dedicated member of Ascension Lutheran Church in Paradise Valley. Orpha’s estate contributed $180,000 to the church for local and global hunger relief, and her generous spirit continues to inspire this initiative.
Orpha Hoganson, a beloved librarian, and world traveler, was deeply moved by the poverty and hunger she witnessed throughout her life. Her contributions have made a significant impact on our community, and the Manna Grant program ensures her legacy lives on by supporting vital hunger relief projects.
Join us in continuing Orpha’s mission to fight hunger and uplift lives. Apply for the 2024 Manna Grant and make a difference in your community.
