Are you ready to enhance your ability to empower others within your congregation and staff? Starting this July, the Faith+Lead is excited to offer the Segment One Basic Skills Coach Training, designed specifically for those in faith leadership who seek to foster autonomy and problem-solving skills among their peers.
This comprehensive course, led by the esteemed Rev. Dr. Dawn Alitz, consists of nine engaging sessions conducted online, each from 6:30 – 8:30 p.m. Central Time, starting on July 8th and concluding on September 9th, 2024 (Note: There will be no session on September 2nd due to Labor Day). These sessions are crafted to develop your coaching skills through practical exercises, including powerful questioning, active listening, and the creation of a safe and affirming environment for growth.
Participants will engage in real-life coaching practice within their cohorts, providing a unique opportunity to apply new skills in a supportive setting. This training not only equips you to better lead and guide those around you, but it also offers credits towards your ICF credential upon successful completion.
For those worried about costs, the training is offered at an affordable rate of $375, with options to pay in full or through monthly installments. Additionally, scholarships are available to ensure that no one is excluded due to financial constraints.
By the end of this course, you will be more adept at guiding others to recognize where they are, where God is calling them, and the steps necessary to get there. Don’t miss this chance to transform your leadership approach and strengthen your ministry. Enroll today to secure your spot in our next session.
