Life Experiences:

I have been a Pastor in the ELCA since 2011, and in the Grand Canyon Synod since 2016. Prior to that I was a teacher in Arizona and a mission teacher with the ELCA. Through those many phases of my life and career, I have been a part of many congregations in a variety of ways. It has all given me insight into congregational leadership at multiple levels in vastly different circumstances.
I grew up in Phoenix and I have been connected with the Grand Canyon Synod (GCS) since the ELCA was created.
I have been on Synod Council in the GCS for three years and have very much valued being a part of the ministry the Council is doing, and I hope to continue.

Related Activities:

I am an active rostered leader in the Grand Canyon Synod as the Assistant Pastor for Our Savior's Lutheran Church in East Mesa and Gold Canyon.
I have served on various boards and committees including the Red Willow Ministries (Bible Camp) Board, and on the Eastern North Dakota Synod Candidacy Committee.
I have been on Synod Council for 3 years.
