Register Now for the 2025 Grand Canyon Synod Assembly – Early Bird Rates Available
The Grand Canyon Synod invites you to join us for the 2025 Synod Assembly, happening June 12-13, 2025. This annual gathering is a time for worship, fellowship, and shared mission as we discern where God is leading our church. Registration is now open, with early bird rates available for voting members.
Registration Details:
Voting Members: $140 early bird rate available through April 7, 2025. After that, registration is $160 through May 19, 2025. This category applies to lay voting members, rostered ministers (active and retired), synod council members, and Office of the Bishop staff.
Visitors: $80 – includes access to all assembly sessions as a non-voting participant.
Exhibitors & Display Area: $80 – includes a table and non-voting visitor access to the assembly.

Before beginning the registration process, please have the following information ready for each registrant:
Contact Information: Email, phone number, and mailing address.
Preferred Pronouns & Age Group: (30 and under, or over 30).
Demographic Info: Ethnicity and primary language (to ensure representation in voting eligibility).
Special Requests: Dietary preferences, translation services, child care needs.
