Are you yearning for an enriching journey of faith development? Look no further than the Grand Canyon Synod's Growing in Faith Diakonia Program. This program, a staple within the ELCA community for over 40 years, has been reimagined and enhanced to provide even more flexibility and engagement.
Our Growing in Faith communities span across the Grand Canyon Synod, with thriving cohorts in Metro Phoenix, Tucson, and an accessible online platform. These communities foster environments ripe for learning, mutual care, and spiritual growth, empowering you to live out your faith more profoundly.
Our reimagined program features a two-year curriculum, beginning with a Foundation Year, designed to meet you at your current level of faith understanding and challenge you to ascend to new depths. The following Practical Year offers an optional "Road to Service" track, guiding participants through practical aspects of ministry.
Since first launching our classes in 2017, the program has profoundly impacted the lives of numerous participants within the Grand Canyon Synod, helping many discern their individual callings and providing support as they follow their paths.
