Rev. Judith Rainforth
Rev. Judith Rainforth is semi-retired and has served ELCA churches for 20 years in Nebraska and Arizona since her ordination on September 21, 2003.
She loves higher education and being a ministry of presence to others. She has completed 3 masters degrees and a Ph.D. in various disciplines including Counseling, Health Care Administration/Management, and Theology. Judith earned her Masters of Divinity from Pacific Lutheran Theological Seminary in Berkeley, California on May 23, 2003. Her Certification for Spiritual Direction Ministry is from the Benedictine Peace Center Sacred Heart Monastery in Yankton, South Dakota and was awarded April 15, 2010. She has served as a Spiritual Director since then.
She served on the Board of the Spiritual Direction Program in Nebraska since it was formed and it is still an ongoing successful program. Her current residence is in Sun City, AZ where she last served as Pastor of Care and Spirituality at American Lutheran Church.
