Life Experiences: In addition to serving for many years on church council, my senior leadership role with World Vision, one of the largest child-focused international charities, has prepared me for servant leadership with a collaboration and consensus building approach. Further, my experiences in community leadership as president of the homeowner’s association and in government leadership as a commissioner on both the town Planning & Zoning Commission and Development Review Board have provided a variety of challenging experiences that have prepared me for service.
