Revitalize and transform your congregation's preaching ministry through a collaborative and participatory approach led by Rev. Dr. Shauna Hannan, Professor of Homiletics at Pacific Lutheran Theological Seminary. Introducing "The People's Sermon" for the Grand Canyon Synod, this six-session program invites congregational teams to embark on a journey of spiritual enrichment.

The objective? To increase biblical fluency, amplify unheard voices, fortify sermonic illustrations, and inspire confidence in those timid about expressing their spiritual insights. The program, involving six members from a congregation including their Rostered Leader, seeks to bridge gaps and create a more inclusive and rich preaching environment.

Starting from August 28th, 2023, the bi-weekly sessions held over Zoom will cover Bible study exercises, pre-reading material discussions, exegesis, and feedback sharing. The interactive format, combined with individual time with Dr. Hannan, ensures a comprehensive learning experience. Don't miss this opportunity to enhance your congregation's preaching ministry!
