Women of the ELCA invites you to a powerful afternoon of exploration and spiritual renewal at the 2025 Leadership Event, happening Saturday, April 5 on Zoom. With the theme “Yes! What’s Next?”, this online event runs from 11:00 am – 3:00 pm (Arizona and Nevada time) and 12:00 – 4:00 pm (Utah time).
This year’s gathering centers on two urgent and inspiring questions for today’s servant leaders:
“Who am I, and what is my calling?” and “Mission Possible: If you decide to accept it!”
Guiding us on this journey are three dynamic servant leaders:
Elizabeth Yardy Gaskins,
The Rev. Dr. Patricia Ann Curtis Davenport, and
The Rev. Dr. Marta Poling Schmitt.
Together, they’ll weave stories from their leadership journeys, offering insight, encouragement, and grounded wisdom rooted in our shared faith and Lutheran calling to discipleship.
Each presentation will be followed by small group discussions and time with the speakers for deeper reflection and conversation. Participants will also receive a digital toolbox upon registration—a resource to support your growth and ministry.
This event is a meaningful opportunity for women across our synod to pause, listen for God’s calling, and reconnect with the energy of “Yes!” Whether you join solo or host a watch party with friends or a congregational group, all are welcome.
Make time to discern, connect, and lead with clarity.
👉 Register now and say “Yes!” to what’s next.
