“It Is Well With My Soul” Hymn Sing – A Night of Music & Faith

Lent is a time of reflection, renewal, and deepening faith. This year, Desert Cross Lutheran Church in Gilbert invites you to experience the power of music in a special Hymn Sing on Sunday, March 30, 2025, from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at their Gilbert location (3225 S. Lindsay Rd, Gilbert, AZ).

This uplifting event will feature the Desert Cross Chancel Choir, members of the Tempe Sanctuary Choir, the Junior Choir, and special guest musicians, including the renowned Gilbert Town Fiddlers. Under the direction of Choir Director Carolyn Perkins and accompanist Marta Hatch, this musical gathering promises to inspire and restore the soul.

In addition to singing beloved hymns that have strengthened faith for generations, the event will include a free-will offering to support efforts to refresh and update the church’s worship space.

Following the Hymn Sing, stay for a time of fellowship featuring homemade pies and ice cream! Bring a friend, enjoy the warmth of community, and let the music carry you through this Lenten season.
