Evan Moilan, CFRE brings more than 24 years of experience in leadership for non-profit organizations and congregations In this session Evan will share best practices in governance and translate those practices into practical and implementable steps for your ministry that you can begin to use immediately, as you move forward.
As a consultant he works with organizations large and small on governance design and review, and as a volunteer has a variety of board experience, including having served as Chair of the Board for Lutheran Immigration and Refugee Service, Vice-President of the TX-LA Gulf Coast Synod, Board member for Acts of Wisdom, and the Bastrop Area Chamber of Commerce.
