Designed to support congregational teams of up to five members, this special cohort will focus on developing a strategic plan to engage communities in fresh, meaningful ways. Through six monthly, 3-hour online sessions, you will receive guidance from trained coaches experienced in congregational vitality, ensuring that your ministry remains relevant and impactful in today’s culture.
Session Dates:
Sept 21, Oct 19, Nov 16, Jan 18, Feb 8, and Mar 15
Time: 9 am – 12 pm PT (Noon – 3 pm ET)
Each session includes inspirational stories, practical support, and resources such as supplemental Bible studies and book recommendations. Between sessions, your dedicated coach will check in to offer additional strategies and ensure your congregation stays on track.
