Love Letters That Inspire Giving: A Webinar with Rev. Dr. Eric H.F. Law
Why People Give: Love Letters to Our Church
Thursday, May 8 | 4–5:30 p.m. Arizona & Nevada | 5–6:30 p.m. Utah & Navajo Nation
What truly inspires people to give? In many congregations, it begins not with a pledge card, but with gratitude.
Join the Rev. Dr. Eric H.F. Law, founder of the Kaleidoscope Institute, for a free and inspiring webinar: “Why People Give: Love Letters to Our Church” on Thursday, May 8, from 4–5:30 p.m. (AZ/NV) and 5–6:30 p.m. (UT/Navajo Nation).
Rather than focusing on persuasion, this webinar invites a shift in approach—rooted in storytelling and faith. Participants will explore a simple but powerful practice: writing love letters to the church. When people reflect on how their faith community has shaped them—through care, connection, and shared purpose—generosity emerges as a natural response.
In this one-hour session, Rev. Dr. Law will reframe stewardship as something deeply human, healing, and hopeful. It’s about recognizing the Spirit already at work in our congregations and inviting others to witness it too.

As people of faith, we believe giving is a response to God’s abundance. This webinar is a chance to lean into that belief and discover how storytelling can help a congregation remember who they are—and grow even more deeply into God’s mission.
