Match: I have worked with a diverse group of individuals in a variety of situations. Most of my clients are leaders who are searching for direction or professionals struggling with over-functioning or burn out. I have a non-anxious presence who loves to work with people.

I have extensive experience in social service work and understand the stress factors that are related to this job field. My real life experience and faith are assets in creating spontaneous relationships with my clients.

Approach: I am very approachable with a real, authentic and caring presence. Through creativity and innovation I will help the client discover different paths that one could take towards meeting their goals and potential.

Focus: I treat every client as an individual with distinct problems and opportunities. I work with them to develop out-of-the-box solutions. I have a fully inclusive respect for all people and backgrounds.

Background: I have a Bachelors degree in Organizational Management and Human Resources and a Masters in Divinity from Wartburg Theological Seminary.

I am a successful business owner who changed careers in mid-life and have been serving as a Lutheran Pastor in the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA) for 19 years.

I have attained my ACC through Coachnet and am working toward my PCC. Through the years in ministry I have found that coaching comes natural to me and is a part of who I am.
