Life Experiences: I have been an ordained pastor for 13 years, and I was a teacher for ten years before that. Both profession require a fair amount of study in communication and conflict resolution. I have also served on Synod Council for two terms which gives a greater understanding of the ministry of the Synod office and the Churchwide office.
