At least 12 fires are currently raging across the state of California, fueled by high winds and extremely low humidity. Tens of thousands of people have been under evactuation orders, and more than 300 structures have been damaged or destroyed. Nearly half a million people have also faced rolling power outages designed to prevent more fires.

Please pray for the people who have been affected by wildfires in California. May God’s healing presence give them peace and hope in their time of need. Pray that God will deliver comfort to those who mourn the loss of loved ones and strength to first-responders who diligently work to contain fires and care for affected communities.
