On Behalf of myself and the entire Rostered Leader Planning Team I give thanks for your willingness to serve during the 2020 Rostered Leader's Gathering that was to be held in Phoenix.

However, given the ongoing uncertainty regarding travel and large gatherings in the coming months, the decision has been made to cancel the 2020 Gathering.

If it is held in Phoenix in the next few years, I will contact you and invite you to be part of the next gathering and would love for you to join in the event then!

Again thank you for volunteering to give of your time and talent during what would have been a very spirit filled event. If you had recruited volunteers from your church and I have not been given their email address, please pass this message along to then with my gratitude.
