The 2025 Grand Canyon Synod Assembly is an opportunity to gather in faith, engage in ministry, and share the work we do together. Ministry Partner Tables provide a vital way to connect with voting members and visitors, offering insights into how our collective mission impacts communities across the synod. If you represent a synod-related agency, task force, team, committee, ELCA ministry, or ecumenical partner, we invite you to reserve a Ministry Partner Table at the assembly. Displays should be interactive, engaging participants with videos, games, or hands-on activities that bring your mission to life.

Location & Registration:

Ministry Partner Tables will be located in Room 9 (basement level) of Community Lutheran Church, where the assembly will be hosted. To secure your table, please register by Monday, May 19, 2025.

Display Guidelines:

• Display space is reserved for ELCA-affiliated ministries, task forces, and approved ecumenical partners.

• Commercial sales booths are not permitted without prior approval.

• All displays must align with the mission and purpose of the Grand Canyon Synod.

• The Assembly Planning Committee and bishop have final discretion over display approvals.

• Organizations are responsible for setup, takedown, and any associated shipping costs.
