Brad Munroe of the Phoenix presbytery would like to invite pastors and lay leaders to a Leading Emotional Systems Training (LEST) to be held at the presbytery office in Phoenix the week after Easter, April 13-17. See brochure.

The LEST training covers communication and family system dynamics the first three days and then divides into separate tracks for interim training and conflict reconciliation the final two days. 

LEST has been developed over the last three years as a collaborative effort with Munroe’s colleague Jen Fraser, a specialist in family systems, as an alternative to attending a Lombard Mennonite Peace Center training, which are fabulous but expensive.
