We pray for the family of LaVonne Joy Klandrud, wife of Rev. Wallace Klandrud, who died February 23, 2020 at Friendship House, memory facility of Royal Oaks, Sun City.

LaVonne was born June 6, 1931, in La Crosse, Wisconsin. She attended and graduated from Logan High School in La Crosse. LaVonne was a Registered Nurse, graduating from Fairview Hospital, Minneapolis, MN.

She married The Rev. Wallace Klandrud in 1952. She is the mother of five children, David, Timothy, Paul, Kristin Chase, and Joel Klandrud. LaVonne worked as an industrial nurse at Honeywell plants in Camarillo, CA, and in Phoenix, AZ. She also did home nursing.

Service

The Rev. Peter Perry will conduct the memorial service at American Lutheran Church, 107200 N Del Webb Boulevard, Sun City, Saturday, March 7, 2020 at 10 am.
