Full-Time Parish Administrator Position Open at All Saints Lutheran in Phoenix

All Saints Lutheran Church in Phoenix is seeking a full-time Parish Administrator to support its ministry by overseeing administration, communications, and property management. This role ensures the church remains a welcoming, well-organized, and mission-driven community.

The Parish Administrator will work 40-50 hours per week and be responsible for office administration, managing personnel and independent contractors, maintaining church property, and coordinating communications. This position requires strong organizational skills, leadership ability, and a heart for ministry.

Qualifications:

Candidates should demonstrate a mature faith in Christ and alignment with the theological views of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA). Additional qualifications include:

  • Required: Experience in office administration, team leadership, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Publisher, Outlook), website management, and social media.

  • Preferred: Experience managing employees and vendors, knowledge of the local community, experience working with individuals in crisis, and Spanish proficiency.
