Form Lasting Faith Connections This October: Lectio Divina, Enneagram, and Cohorts

This October, Thriving Leadership Formation is offering exciting opportunities to grow in faith and leadership through a Lectio Divina series (bit.ly/TLFLectioDivina), Enneagram workshops (bit.ly/TLFEnneagram), and cohort groups (bit.ly/TLFCohortGroupInterest). Sessions begin the first week of October, and all are welcome to participate.

Thriving Leadership Formation Opportunities Begin in October

This October, the Thriving Leadership Formation (TLF) at California Lutheran University is offering a variety of spiritual growth opportunities to deepen your leadership and faith practices. Whether you are interested in learning more about the Enneagram, practicing Lectio Divina, or joining a supportive cohort group, there is something for everyone.

Starting the first week of October, a recurring Lectio Divina series will meet every Tuesday at 9:00 AM PST. This spiritual practice of reading sacred texts in community is perfect for deepening your preaching or spiritual life. Pre-registration is required, but you are welcome to join whenever you are available.

For those looking to explore the Enneagram, we offer two Enneagram workshops. On October 2nd, join us for the Enneagram 101 session from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM PST. Learn about the 9 types, the 3 centers of intelligence, and how the Enneagram can guide you in your relationships and work. Then, on October 9th, delve deeper with the 27 Subtypes of the Enneagram from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM PST, expanding your understanding of how the Enneagram shapes personality and spiritual growth.

Additionally, we are gathering interest for TLF Cohort Groups. These groups meet over Zoom for 9–12 sessions with a trained leader, offering a space for deeper connection with God and others. This no-cost program focuses on building community beyond surface-level interactions, helping participants embrace new ways to deepen their faith journeys.

All are welcome to attend any of these sessions. Visit the provided links to register and learn more!
