Exciting things are happening in Diakonia Grand Canyon Synod. Interested in leading or more fully participating in the life of the church? The Diakonia program (diakoniaaz.org) equips lay leaders with foundational knowledge of the Bible, Lutheran doctrine, and church history.

This intensive, two-year program also provides students the opportunity to learn and practice skills necessary for communicating the gospel, visitation, ethical decision making, and more.

Information sessions will be held in July and August in Phoenix, Las Vegas, Tucson, and online.
