Thriving Leadership Formation (TLF) at California Lutheran University is thrilled to announce that interest forms are now available for the 2024-25 TLF Cohort Groups. Are you seeking a deeper connection to God and others? Do you desire a fresh way to anchor your faith journey? If so, the TLF Cohort Groups offer an opportunity to join a community that goes beyond surface-level interactions.

These groups, led by trained leaders, focus on spiritual practice and provide a unique space where the primary commitment is simply to show up. Cohorts meet over Zoom 9-12 times, starting in the fall, and are designed to fit into your schedule with meetings at various times during the week. The best part? There is no cost to participate, just a commitment to your group.
