The Administrative and Financials Director oversees all the administrative aspects of the church, maintaining the financial records, filing all the required reports with the synod and various government agencies, and being a collaborative member of the Executive Team. It requires a high level of accounting and computer skills, with proficiency in MS Office, Google Drive, and quickly learning and mastering our church management software. In addition, it requires great people skills and a high level of flexibility in dealing with ever-changing and competing demands, and the necessity to maintain confidentiality in all areas of Grace's ministry.

A pre-requisite for this job is that each staff person is expected to become a worshipping member of Community of Grace Lutheran Church and be committed to Grace's mission and ministry.
