In the past year, 1517 Media has continued to enrich spiritual life across our Synod with diverse offerings. Their “All Creation Sings” initiative provides a broad array of worship and prayer resources tailored for all age groups, enhancing congregational activities and personal devotion.

They have notably expanded support for the criminal justice system through “Oye Mi Voz,” a Spanish-language prayer book, alongside their ongoing “Hear My Voice” project. Innovations in church leadership and community support are evident with new books from the Mouth House series, including “Call to Allyship” which fosters understanding and integration of leaders of color within congregations.

Additionally, a $1.25 million grant from Lilly Endowment Inc. has been secured to develop further resources aimed at nurturing children’s faith. On the publishing front, new music releases and a range of insightful books from Fortress Press and Broadleaf Books continue to engage and challenge the faith community.
