ELCAdvantage Program
The ELCAdvantage Program is a national, cooperative buying program designed for use by ELCA congregations and affiliated agencies, institutions, and organizations. This program enables collective, volume purchasing of commonly-used products and services.

The ELCA churchwide organization has developed partnership agreements with preferred providers who offer high-quality products and services, competitive prices, and excellent customer service and support. When an agreement is negotiated, all ELCA affiliated entities may utilize it. The decision to use an agreement is voluntary and there are no membership fees.

Some agreements may also be used by individual congregational members and staff who are employed by an ELCA affiliate. Agreements include pricing and performance standards, and periodic evaluations are conducted before renewal or renegotiation.

For more information email Kim Stevens at the Synod Office or 602-957-3223. You can also go to the ECLA web sites to learn more about this program.

Policy Manual and Performance Appraisal Form for Non-Rostered Personnel
The documents, Performance Evaluation and Personnel Policy Manual have been approved by the Executive Committee of the Grand Canyon Synod Council for use by the synod office. We encourage our congregations to use these documents as a reference for creating their own policy manuals and/or employee appraisal forms. You will want to adapt these synod materials for congregational use but you may use any portion of these documents as appropriate for your application.

The Grand Canyon Synod reserves the right to modify these documents from time to time as approved by the Executive Committee of the Synod Council. We also welcome any suggestions/recommendations you might have for improving our work. If you have comments or questions, please contact Kim Stevens.
